Thats what happened to my Gi joe shockwave bike set I preordered at Walmart. So, It was originally $54.99 then when I preordered it then a few days ago I got the email saying it was being mailed. I was curious and looked the figure up on their website and noticed the price dropped to $35.89, So of course I called Walmart and said that the price I was charged was wrong. They looked it up and said yes it did change but they couldn't price match their own website because of the retailer's price. Then I said wtf you mean retailer price... its priced at 38 dollars now, what's the difference when I preordered it Your price is now $35.89 now.... and you confirmed it. Then they said Well only way is to just cancel it and reorder for that price....I said what's the big deal sending me a refund of the rest but of course they just kept saying the same thing over and over... so i said whatever...
